How do points work?

For every dollar spent on gaming gear, members earn one Kartrij point. Save up points and redeem them for cash back. Similar to exclusive credit card programs, when redeeming points for cash, every Kartrij point earned is equal to $.01. This cash can be withdrawn directly to your bank account.

Can I redeem for gaming gear?

During beta, we will be launching with cash back only. We will be working towards giving members the ability to redeem points for merchandise directly.

How can I withdraw my points?

Any points earned will show up in your Kartrij wallet. Different brands have different timeframes when points go from 'pending' to 'posted' to your account where the points become available for withdrawal as cash. Once you hit the $20 minimum, withdrawals are as simple as adding your bank account and pressing the withdrawal button.

How can I become a partner?

While we are launching with some stellar partners, we are always looking for amazing brands, influencers, game studios, and more to partner with directly. Email our team at partners@kartrij.io.

How does the referral program work?

New users who sign up with a referral code and spend $25 dollars within the first 30 (thirty) days earn 500 Kartrij points. See the Referral Program Terms for more details.
